1. Acceptance of Terms

 

LunarCrest Partners, LLC (the “Company”) offers this website (the “Site”), along with its Loan Application Form (collectively, the “Forms”), subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). By using the Forms, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

The Forms are provided solely as a means for submitting information. Use of the Forms does not create a lender–borrower, nor does it constitute a commitment to lend by the Company. Submission of information does not guarantee review or response from the Company.

7. Non-Refundable Expenses

 

You acknowledge that any expenses incurred in pursuit of a loan, including appraisals, inspections, or third-party services, are non-refundable and not reimbursable by the Company under any circumstances. Closing of any loan is subject to all applicable terms, conditions, and external factors.

 

8. Force Majeure

 

The availability of this Site, the Forms, and any loan applications, processing, underwriting, or closings are subject to delay or cancellation due to events beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, pandemics, or acts of war or terrorism.

 

9. Severability

 

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

10. Governing Law
